All allowance with exception to FELDA students and Bachelor students under the intake of 201109 to 201112, will be paid together with PTPTN disbursement. Please check with Funding Unit as to the next PTPTN payment. Allowance for the mentioned FELDA students and Bachelor Students will be paid on 25th of each month.
 

.:. ACADEMIC

Effective from 1 Jan 2013, the academic session (exclude Nursing program) will consist of 3 equal long trimesters per year i.e :
1) Jan to April;
2) May to Aug; and
3) Sep - Dec.

.:. HOSTEL

The online registration for hostel accommodation will be available on 3 Jan 2013. The tenure is equal to the semester term. It is the responsbilities of the tenants to ensure that the hostel units are in clean and good condition at all time. All repairs are to be borne by the tenants. To view the hostel rules and regulations, please refer to the student handbook.

NOTICE FROM BURSAR DEPARTMENT [POSTED ON: 21-10-2020]

Please be reminded of the following:

1) All fees must be paid within 7 days of the commencement date of each new semester. Failure to pay fee on time will result in the student being barred from classes, examinations and access to campus facilities. This is also applicable to all Sponsored students who did not receive full sponsors.

2) To unblock any access, the University will take at least 24hours after due payment is received.

3) Fees payable are shown in the program fee structure. The student can view the program fee in the student portal.

4) Cheques should be made payable to: U.C.I Education Sdn Bhd.
